HarpCare Staff Programs can assist nurses and medical staff develop inner resources, resilience and skills to manage the clinical stress of their work, resulting in a significant improvement in their own health.

The programs help develop a community of wellness by offering Creative Arts Programs in clinical areas including:

  • Music and Mindfulness together
  • Mindfulness-based Stillness Meditation Training
  • Harp and Hand Massage ServiceThe Harp Spa
  • Mindful Self Compassion.
  • Mindful Moments and Music For Calm – a curated music program delivered onsite in Healthcare and staff areas
  • Bespoke gratitude and staff thank you cards provided in clinical areas.

FAQ about the Frontline Staff Care Program

Sessions are tailored to the needs of the staff. However, programs range from 20 minutes to a full day. They can be held during a shift break or before or after the shift.

Costs vary according to the length and inclusions of the Program.
